Streetdance classes at the Goodman dance Academy are fun and energetic. We use current and old dance tracks to create new routines every 3 weeks.

Our Classes range from beginners to advance from the age of 5 years. So whether you want to come with your friends to dance socially or go on to a higher level of competing, we have something to offer all.

Sugarfree streetdance at the Goodman Dance Academy has been run by Louise Carlier since 1996. Louise has been a part of the Goodman Dance Academy for 37 years. She was a successful Freestyle dancer for many years taught by Len, before taking up a teaching role at the Academy, first teaching Freestyle before switching to Streetdance.

Louise is now assisted by Sarah Richards who now teaches the children having been taught by Louise since a young age. Sarah enjoys a successful professional career
appearing in music videos and dancing with a number of Artists including Girls Aloud, Cheryl Cole, JLS, Little Mix, Kanye West. She regularly features on TV shows such as X Factor and has starred in two West End Shows, ‘Some like it Hip Hop’ and ‘Into the Hoods’.

The school has won numerous British and World titles, and our teams have also featured on TV. ‘Wiked’ were runners up on ‘Alesha’s Streetdance Stars’ on BBC, ‘Sugar Free’ made the live semi finals of Britain’s Got Talent’ on ITV, and ‘Juicy’ made the live semi finals of Sky 1’s ‘Got to Dance’ and have appeared in many of London’s top venues. Our children also dance and model for companies such as Next, Tescos and Morrisons.
